All boats must have the required Coast Guard equipment. |

Life jackets must be worn when gas motor is in gear. |
| 3. |
Kill switch will be in operating condition and affixed to
driver's life jacket. |

Horsepower must not exceed boat recommendation. |

Take off will be determined by registration received. |
| 6. |
SIX (6) FISH LIMIT. A minimum of 14 inches measured on a "golden
rule" measuring board, mouth closed, tail fanned or straight, whichever
measures on the golden rule. ANY SHORT FISH BROUGHT TO SCALES WILL RESULT
IN AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFYING. ANYONE BRINGING
MORE THAN SIX (6) FISH TO SCALES WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DISQUALIFIED. |

DEAD FISH: Every dead fish will result in a 4-oz.penalty from
total weight. |
| 8. |
No fishing within 50 yd. of a boat at legal anchor, trolling
motor up and anchor down. No trolling allowed. |

Artificial bait only. |
| 10. |
No alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs will be allowed in
boat during the tournament. |
| 11. |
Boats will be inspected before take off. Please have your
lights installed and turned on. Please have livewell lids open for inspection.
It is your responsibility to see that your boat has been inspected and a sticker
placed on cowling cover. |
| 12. |
No culling of dead fish and no culling in the basin. Culling
of dead fish will result in being disqualified. |
| 13. |
Take off time is safe light. Running lights must be working
or you will have to wait until the sun is up. Weigh in will start at 2:30
P.M. in flights of 25 boats. NO BOAT WILL BE WEIGHED IN BEFORE 2:30 P.M. |

LATE PENALTY: Teams will be checked in at a designated place
(to be announced before take off), any team late for check in by their prescribed
time will lose 4 ounces per minute, after five minutes automatically disqualified. |

Break down: If you break down and cannot contact another tournament
boat and cannot check in on time you will be disqualified. If you can contact
another tournament boat, one partner can transport the team's fish to the
weigh in. |
| 16. |
SPORTSMANSHIP: COURTESY, SAFETY AND CONSERVATION are expected
from each participant. This includes cooperation with all state, county
and local laws and officials if officials if approached while fishing. |
| 17. |
DO NOT REMOVE YOUR BOAT FROM THE WATER UNTIL YOUR FISH HAVE
BEEN WEIGHED IN, after that you may load your boat, and park in the parking
lot. DO NOT BRING YOUR BOAT TO THE WEIGH IN SITE, AS WE WILL BE LIMITED
ON SPACE. |

PROTESTS: All protests shall be brought to the attention of
the tournament director. All protests must be presented before the award
presentation. The decision of the tournament director and his staff is final.
All teams, by their participation in this tournament and their signing of
the entry form are subject to a polygraph test. Any team that may fail the
polygraph will be disqualified immediately. |

You must fish from a Stratos or Javelin boat, no exception
or substitutions of any other brand boat will be accepted. Make sure you have a
valid state registration in your possession |

PROOF OF INSURANCE REQUIRED, PLEASE SEND A COPY WITH YOUR
ENTRY FEE. |

QUALITY ASSURANCE TESTS: ALL PARTICIPANTS, WINNERS, AND
NON-WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO A QUALITY ASSURANCE TESTS. This may include, but not
be limited to, polygraph test, drug screening, and/or observer (in or out of
boat). Failure to submit to a quality assurance test upon request will result in
immediate disqualification. Any contestant (team) not successful with any
quality assurance test in conjunction with this bass tournament will have their
weight become 0.00 lbs and not be eligible to compete in any future Accent
Marine sponsored tournament. If the first tested participant is unsuccessful,
the other team member may submit to the test, at the team's expense, and, if
successful weight will be reinstated. |

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OF ENTRIES FEES AFTER THE FIRST
BOAT # HAS BEEN CALLED OUT. NO EXCEPTIONS. |
